We do not ship. You can pick your puppy up, or we are willing to travel up to 2 hours to meet you when your puppy is ready to go home.
Puppies are not 'first come, first serve'. We start observing the litters' behavior from the time they start interacting. We use our observations to determine which pup will do best in which home. Of course the new owner's input, preferences, etc is all taken into consideration when making the determination as well.
Our puppies are not seen as 'profits' here. Placing them in the right homes and giving both the owners and the pups the best possible chance of having happy lives together is our main concern when it comes to sending them home.
They are whelped and raised in our home with us. They will be well cared for, free of fleas and other parasites, vetted, constantly interacted with, and loved while here.
CONDITIONS OF SALE-
The above puppy is being purchased as a companion animal (pet) and is not for breeding purposes (unless mutually agreed upon by both parties and a signed agreement accompanies this contract).
The purchaser agrees to provide updated pictures with commentary on development and progress of the puppy each month until 6 months of age, again at one year, and yearly after that throughout the life of the puppy. Pictures and information can be in hard or email form.
The purchaser agrees to have this puppy spayed/neutered at the age of 18-24 months. Doing so before said time frame may result in voiding of the breeder’s guarantee for hips and elbows.
AKC registration papers will be provided at time of pick up. They will be set for Limited Registration only, as this puppy is not to be used for breeding purposes. However, the breeder agrees to work with any purchaser regarding changing to Full Registration for certain reasons as the puppy matures.
If at ANY time the purchaser can no longer retain possession of the puppy, for any reason, Panzer Haus German Shepherds is to be notified and given first option of resuming full ownership (refund amount, if applicable, to be determined at that time). The puppy must be returned with AKC papers and veterinary records. If the breeder is unable to resume ownership, they agree to find a satisfactory resolution to the situation for purchaser and puppy.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this puppy to be placed in a pet shop, shelter, rescue or similar establishment.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this puppy to be used in dog fighting or other illegal activities.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this puppy to be tied up outside for extended periods of time.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is this puppy to be allowed to run at large or otherwise create a public nuisance.
** Failure to comply with the conditions above will result in the purchaser’s uncompensated relinquishment of the puppy back to the breeder.
HEALTH GUARANTEE-
The breeder guarantees this puppy to be of sound medical and mental health at the time of this sale.
This puppy is free of fleas, ticks, worms and all other parasites as well as current on age appropriate vaccinations.
The purchaser agrees to take this puppy to a veterinary professional within 48 hours for an examination. Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health, it may, with written diagnosis from veterinarian, be returned in return for a full refund of purchase price or another puppy of equal value (depending upon availability and to be agreed upon by both parties).
Any veterinarian’s diagnosis shall be subject to confirmation by a veterinarian chosen and paid for by the seller. Should that veterinarian not agree, a third and mutually agreed upon veterinarian may be presented with the case.
*Unconditional Guarantee: You may return the puppy in the same condition as when acquired within 5 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason.
