Our A litter was born June 6, 2009. 6 females and one male, all hand delivered here at our home, and raised under-foot. All of the puppies went to fantastic homes.
Sadly we received an email at the end of October that the male had passed. Schultz was lost to an unexpected occurence. The family had crated him while they went out, and came home to find he had gotten his collar stuck in the top of the crate. A tragic end to a very promising young life. There is a lesson to be learned here though. We will always encourage our puppy owners to REMOVE collars before crating, to avoid the heartache that comes for all involved.
