Here they are!!! The first pup was born December 7th, at 6pm.
The puppies are now 7 weeks old. Everyone weighs 9-10 lbs, and enjoys nothing more than playing! The ears are doing the standing-dance, some pups with them all the way up, some still carrying a little flop.
All of our little buddies will be ready to venture to their new homes this weekend!
It has come to our attention that Green Girl has a slight umbilical hernia. This is not genetic or a big deal. Sometimes when mom is removing the cords, she can tug a bit too hard and cause this. Because it will add to the amount of the cost of spay surgery (which is when the vet will correct the hernia), she will go to her new home at a lesser cost than the rest of the litter. Her total price will be $400 instead of $600 to offset the additional vet cost.
As of yet, we don't know which pup is going to which home, so we decided to just disclose that information to everyone.
One boy is definitely a bicolor, he was the last born and one of the largest. Everyone else is a black and tan.
